2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and must not impersonate others, share credentials improperly, or use accounts for abuse.

3. Minecraft Server

Server gameplay, worlds, features, ranks, items, statistics, plugins and other digital content may be changed, reset, removed or discontinued.

4. Prohibited Conduct

No cheating, hacking, unauthorized clients, exploits, harassment, scams, impersonation, attacks, unauthorized access, or illegal activity.

5. Purchases

Optional digital purchases may be offered. Prices and products may change. Refunds are subject to the applicable purchase terms and law. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account action.

6. Virtual Items

Virtual items, ranks, perks and currency are digital goods and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

7. Moderation

Staff may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, ban, remove content, or take other reasonable action when rules are violated.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, updates, hosting problems and other events may cause downtime.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
